these are the old generation, they are mainly from "kampung" and never really go outside the "kampung", yes KL also got a few of these kampung one.
they have everything they need in their kampung dy so never have the chance to mingle with outside, so chance of speaking and listening another language is so rare, no chance to speak, listen and practice, so naturally they are like that.

for those who comment, oh even bangla can learn. omg... bangla came all the way here to make a living, of course they have to learn. these old folks live their life within closed communities since the old days.
