PhD Plan, Country and Cost for family

Hi guys..
Currently surveying the location of uni for PhD..target starting year 2021 onwards.. One of the aspect must be considered is the life cost monthly in the countries, for single or married with family.. assuming bring wife with kids stay together during PhD..wat are the costs.. lets begin, if anybody have info for this countries..pls share ya..
Minimum life cost for eg-single/family of 3 per month:
1. Singapore
2. Japan
3. China
4. UK - £1000 (Manchester)
5. Aussie/Oz
6. US
7. Germany/EU - €600-800 (average)

I am also doing the same. But my concern is actually the fee. The cheapest i found is nz and germany. Currently planning to apply for phd in nz because few benefit: 1: you enjoy same fee as local 2: You can work full time using the student visa 3: Partner can apply for partnership visa
