Dont spend all your money, dont get in debt unless good debt like house (appreciate more than the debt interest) and save emergency fund. Also invest in shares or gold then wait 20 years then u are free.

Me! Me! I aim about 7K passive income for now.

But for gomen staff, retirely early means less retirement funds

easy to go FIRE

in Malaysia just pay house with cash

and you will probably get to your target age

But be reasonable , this can only be achieve if you have a good start ie quality education or high pay jobs

Far from it but I am on track to retire hopefully by 45 y.o. The faster the market crashes, the better position I would be to retire early

Gua aim 20k passive income
Currently only got RM4k

Around 6k passive with at least one property fully paid..

Now only 6k per annum not inclusive of kwsp and still having 3 property to finance.. Let's s how it goes.
