I know the system is down.

But what is the procedure for making the RM30 claim?

bro, i have 2 questions:
1. can claim from multiple e-wallet? meaning if i claim rm30 each from TnG and Grab and Boost, the gomen effectively gives me rm90?
2. what do you mean by up to 5 days in your statement above? need to use the rm30 within 5 days for grab?

I think for submit you can make multiple submission but only one will be approved.

To make the claim they make three checks.
First stage check with national registry if you are citizen;
Second check with LHDN if your income is eligible to claim;
Third check is whether you had claimed before. You can only claim once among all e-wallets.

for some reason, i already expect TNG will have system problem... can't handle the traffic. and their system & server probably not up to par.

Received notification on Grab. TnG can go fly kite already.
