why i see malaysians who were born and raised in america usually looked more masculine ?

if this guy is born in malaysia im sure he will look like a typical mat kelantan with thin and frail looking psysique.

is it something with their food ? or is it a compulsory thing for all teenagers there to go to gym ? or the weather can affect the hormones?
