Klook got sell la (maybe). I got my Thai sim from there.

But problem is not all SIM cards have roaming activated. So you probably still need to fly into UK, activate roaming, then fly back. Or call their CS from Malaysia.

I worry this issue, my pp account stuck rn because my previous number contract ended n deleted off.

so next time i can just use it to do my pp transaction

Pretty much, technically you can get assigned number for free but seem like limited to us only. So i just get one from ebay since i dun want to bother with monthly renewal like most free-mium online number offers.

Yes..through skype you can have local number of any country of your choice register for ya...
