wanna OC my cpu cause wanna see if my CPU increasing will significantly increase FPS in games.
need tips on wat to use to calculate FPS....
and also wat games should i use?

currentlly i'm usin s-478 P4 3.2E presscott,
with PCI-E 7900gs.

wanna see if s-478 really limits my gaming performance very much??

and this my plan for OC, is it a good idea:

>ncrease FSB 10mhz each time, than when cant boot,

> than run stress test, if no prob,
> further increase another 5mhz and do stress test, untill got prob.

i remember my pentium D limit my 1950 so much until i switch to conroe and my gaming experience is totally changed
so, yes, ur proc will limit ur 7900GS
try to use FRAPS, or ATI Tray Tool to monitor ur game FPS
i think oblivion is a nice game to test ur GC capability

oblivion..hmm..mayb too high tech...haha...shall try Dark Mesiah ans SPlinter Cell i think, since am playin the games rite now...
