I remember Powercolor used to produce the cheapest HD6570.
A lot of people here in Lowyat bought them, and a lot of defective units lol.
People ended up RMA, and sell them and upgrade.

I remember so well cos after seeing so many people regret buying powercolor, I yolo bought HIS IceQ version.

I think their quality is a lot better now.
If you want to buy, maybe it's better to go for the overclocked version or custom cooler.
