Meanwhile 3 room HDB flat in Bishan cost SGD$500-600k while RumahWIP 3 room is around RM300k.

Also, MRT costs around SGD$2 for the same distance as Malaysia LRT which costs only RM2.

Petrol costs SGD$2+ per liter for a lower grade while Ron 95 here is RM2.08 per liter.
