Can it be small issue like gasket.. seal ?? What is the symptoms ? Seem like many reasons...It can be piston ring too. Hopefully is low cost repair else just sell it.
If oil consumption is caused by :a)hardened valve seals , try High Mileage oil see if it helps ?
b)stucked oil control rings , try shorten oil change intervals and other 'cleaners' treatments with a view of cleaning up the clogged oil control rings .
May try a thicker oil , whether a) or b) above .
Check/replace PCV valve , if damaged/blocked .
Turbo oil drain/return pipe/hose blocked ? Possible .
