3rd eye or agni chakra is related to wisdom

its okay to be skeptical. because u need to experience it urself. but definitely not bullshit

but once u meditate for a while u will be able to feel it. kundalini/chi is flowing all around, your perception need to be clear/sensitive enough to be able to sense it. and meditation does that.

psychedelics like dmt or lsd will give u a glimpse to ur energetic body too

edit: the intense sensation is energy. 3rd eye is one of the energy center. so you feel more sensation in certain part of your body, those are chakras and nadis. so u feel intense sensation there prolly theres some energy blockage in ur head.

it is normal in this day and age. if it is unblocked, it is all wonder and ecstasy. it is very beautiful. u will have strong intuition and wisdom.

chakras unblocked is our natural state.

most ppl in the world are living in very unnatural state.

yoga, meditation, spiritual practices, etc.

just like ur camera lens full of dust. and u wipe it.

u will know it if it is cleared, there will be shift in your experience and perception.

you will be much sensitive to the world around you. you will notice things you never notice before.

your just a hater

i cant see ghost and shits, but i have some awareness of subtle energies like auras, chakras, chi, etc.

i know people who can see non physical beings in the astral planes. and also able to see chakras and auras of other ppl, so they can help them cure sickness.
