Well if you want to collect personal information, u need to have a letter of authorization (I used to work in a team which collects data. Our client's contact is there, u can call on the spot to ask as many questions as u want. Without it, good luck trying)

- fb posts claimed they shown id card and vest but swan lee claimed otherwise

3. it is totally within swan lee right to refuse entry for anyone except police with warrant

4. you can refuse a survey, consentual form had to be signed. ask any scientific ethics community.

What i can summarize:

1. Not enough awareness campaign by Menteri Kesihatan? Did they habe communication with the local residents prior to inspection? Roadshows? Distribute flyers? Etc? Siapa Menteri Kesihatan?

2. Resident has right to reject anyone entering your home unless you are police with search warrant. Officers should show IC when asked. Did they?
