When you open your saving account, just tell them you want internet banking also...the staff will teach you how to activate, then you need to go to ATM to link one of your handphone with your online account. Coz when you transfer money online, you will need to request TAC (which is a 4 digit pin) Maybank going to sms to your handphone (which you linked to your account), then you key in the pin, only you can make the transfer. This is for safety purpose to make sure no once hack into your account and transfer the money out of your account.
