Acer DM431K vs Viewsonic VX3211-4K-MHD

I am looking for a 4k 32 inch monitor, then came across this 43 inch monitor that's close to the 32 inch price, seems like no brainer to get the much bigger monitor for about RM100 more, any catch to this 43 inch monitor?

no freesync support for the 43inch but it's IPS compared to VA on the 32

I think the most important question is what are you using it for? gaming? netflix and chill? both also good for netflix and chill. Would recommend an acer 144h for gaming though
