looks like not many people subscribe to celcom broadband here.
just port out from unifi to celcom. they offer some discount since i'm using their postpaid for quite some time.
so far eveything is okay. still waiting for ipv6 implementation though.

QUOTE(zandara @ Nov 16 2022, 03:40 PM) kajang here too. usually i just reboot modem, then ok. once get 80-90mbps only but that one is tm unifi fault because they set my modem port to 100mbps instead of gigabit

QUOTE(th3game @ Dec 21 2022, 10:00 PM) hi all, my current plan is Unifi turbo upgrade 500Mbps and the contract will end on 30 December 2022. I pay RM199 for this currently. I plan to switch to Celcom Fibre 300Mbps as they have promo for RM100 only unlimited data. I have MEGA postpaid plan with Celcom also. They said the bill will combine into one. Just want to ask is this a good jump? haha Is it compatible to use Mikrotik router? Just to know that this also will use Internet VLAN. Does Celcom throttle/cap the speed for P2P download (torrent)? Thanks no problems with p2p and compatible with mikrotik. just change the vlan to 623. btw after installation, i requested for public IP

QUOTE(THE CLASS OF 13 @ Jan 23 2023, 11:44 AM) hi for those who use celcom fiber for more than 6 months how is your verdict is it stable as Unifi or maxis as they ride on the same infra? anyone getting this home fiber+ postpaid plan bundle really worth it? i changed from unifi (100mbps) to celcom (300mbps) last year so far no problems/downtime (i'm using own router (mikrotik)) except once where after installation, they didnt change port 2 speed on my modem to gigabit. took around 2 days to settle.

ehh...you already got ipv6 from celcom broadband? i thought they only gave it for mobile data » Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... « QUOTE(failed.hashcheck @ Mar 3 2023, 10:24 AM) so still not ready. I thought it was just a problem with my router. haih. you actually get working ipv6, it is just not delegated to lan for some reason. such a waste. their ipv6 is already very good. I get better performance with ipv6 for my servers in California and London when I connect directly from router.

QUOTE(failed.hashcheck @ Mar 6 2023, 11:24 PM) I believe it already did for everyone, maybe just stock tplink router does not show the wan interface side of Ipv6 or it just assume it is not available at all if not delegated to lan? hmm...gonna brb and try on mikrotik update: not working This post has been edited by eds2: Mar 7 2023, 10:58 AM

QUOTE(chupapi_munyayo @ Apr 17 2023, 02:23 PM) Lan cable same slow speed Channel all avoided congestion Just now called Celcom They will do some kind of "reset" from their end Now line back to normal 300Mbps not sure they do it on purposely to save their bandwidth or some kind of shit Only reset it back when people call make complaint before this, i got problem my speed maxed at 100mbps only, wifi or lan. turns out the modem was set up by TM to only 100mbps. need to wait tm people to reset the modem remotely to enable the gigabit lan. also, any of celcom people here get this problem?
