QUOTE(Mname_22 @ Jan 11 2023, 10:01 AM) celcom having problem with international connection? Working fine here.my online gameplay is lagging really bad. playing on US server. If you have longstanding latency issue, try to identify its specific subnet and confirm its not the host problem. Then make a case to cs and be clear that is it about peering. They will transfer the case to network team. The issue solved after some updates back and forth. Got two issues with HE peering solved this way before. |

QUOTE(Mname_22 @ Jan 16 2023, 02:09 PM) how do i identify a subnet? using traceroute with my ip? It is easiest to use ip info tools and see which subnet range it belongs to. if ping to other in range has same latency pattern high chance it is routing issue.my ping in gaming is unstable after 11am. edit: ran the game diagnostic: ![]() ![]() why it pings to aws dns tho. should ping direct to the server you can get much more and accurate info. based on your tracert there is some problem on gtt network in Europe but I couldn't replicate the issue I'm getting stable 160ms ping rn. |

Hey guys. I’m currently using Unifi 100Mbps @ RM129 / month. I tried to subscribe Celcom 300Mbps @ RM100 / month recently. Received a phone call from Celcom few days ago for confirmation. And just now I received a whatsapp asking this :
“Hi, This is from Celcom. Thank you for being interested in our Celcom Home Fiber product However, we would require the following documents to assist in the investigation. 1. Utility bills followed by the registered address(electric bill/water bill ) 2. Sharehouse location 3. Building Picture Thank You” Is this normal? |

Inform Celcom you are transferring from Unifi, get the transfer ID and submit to Tmpoint for approval. Also in Tmpoint need to pay your bill 1 month in advance, TM will refund the prorated balance once your Unifi account is deactivated.“Hi, This is from Celcom. In fact they advised me not to terminate my Unifi and wait for transfer id from Celcom. So I’m feeling weird they’re asking me to share location, utility bill and picture of my house |

Just share your Unifi bill showing your name and address is enough. The rest just cover it. fick liked this post

Contract just ended recently |
