Hi, do Celcom Fibre has fixed line phone? If yes, would it be possible for me to remain my unifi fixed line number and switch over to Celcom Fibre? Thanks

Celcom has discontinued fixed line services since 2020.

looks like not many people subscribe to celcom broadband here.

just port out from unifi to celcom. they offer some discount since i'm using their postpaid for quite some time.

so far eveything is okay. still waiting for ipv6 implementation though.

Hi all,

Would like to check with you guys who are using Celcom Home Fibre currently.

I had installed Home Fibre 300mbps early of Oct. For the first few weeks, everything fine for me even if it does not meet the full speed of 300Mbps all the time. Until recently, I encounter super low speed as low as below 1mbps with higher ping(100ms+) especially at night time. Did called the customer service and they said their side are ok and helped me to refresh at their side but problem still there. They arranging Celcom guys to pay a visit this coming Thursday. Any encounter this issue?

Uploaded pic show my speedtest result.

Try to open a report with MCMC so that they won't sit doing nothing.

Currently using Celcom Fibre on Celcom Timur network.

Noticed when playing Genshin Impact ping to their servers around 220ms.

However when using cloudflare warp+, I can get around 120ms ping.

Is this due to Celcom Timur poor routing to the game server?
