Been on 30mbps for 2 months now, Klang Valley TM infra. So far so good. Speedtest consistently getting 24-26mbps down, 21-22mbps up. I do see real world speed bursts of up to 50mbps quite often. Peak hour traffic is good as well.

from a hardware standpoint they pull one fibre line to your home.
Unifi is using port 1 of the ONT, other providers using other port so technically you are able to get it if it’s Unifi + something other than Unifi

It seems that TM will no longer allow their modems to be used on two ISPs.
One modem per ISP.

I can answer you about the transfer process since I have just done it recently.

My transfer process is like this.
1. Tell Celcom you want Fibre, using existing Unifi.
2. Get a transfer ID, bring transfer ID to TM within the set period.
3. Wait for installer to come install new router.

TM says Unifi will be terminated in 10 days of applying for transfer, bill in the next bill cycle.

yes installer from Celcom.
no complaints so far since internet is stable.
Ping is higher than Unifi for most sites, but it doesn’t bother me.
