still 5k seems like a good deal, actually cheaper then say then those PRC GRO form KTV, the going rate is like ~RM1800 for O/N not including what you spend in the KTV. Actually why would the guy expect the lady to be exclusive? Most likely he has a wife (and often times other... side projects outside) since he is not exclusive isnt it kinda hypocritical of him to expect exclusiveness?
