I'm the country sales manager, but i don't have subordinates. I only handle the malaysia distributor sales, and making sure they repeat their order each month.  My whole office only comprise of 4 people. very small group... I'm now on alot of paperwork basis , but it is still a fucking boring job without me having any authority nor chances to go out market visit understanding the trend and info gathering.

No compensation as it is under a 3 months probation.

and another rule forget to explain, NO MC on same day you apply. Gotta inform earlier on any MC otherwise everything else is just tipu MC for him......
Sick come to work 1st and he will observe your condition before granting you any permission for the MC at panel clinic.

China's companies i haven't encounter yet la, mind to share also..???
