i usually buy from mr diy or daiso, actually for AA batteries u just get alkaline ones then ok dy, as long as its alkaline then it will last much longer than those laoya carbon zinc types, a very good example of carbon zinc is the normal Eveready batteries, those are used for remotes etc (or u see those heavy duty or super heavy duty batteries, those are also carbon zinc)

while most places like mr diy n daiso sell alkaline batteries and its cheap, usually rm1.50 for 1 battery, ikea also got good alkaline batteries, the yellow color ones and ikea even cheaper, rm9.90 for a pack of 10 alkaline batteries, but very troublesome to buy la, u need to purposely go ikea and walk 1 big round n queue at the slow counter

Wow you guys so outdated
Latest technology is battery AAA or whatever size that you want can be charged with micro USB, or USB type C aka same charger as your phone charger

youtube got battery test from some channel. the guy test every industrial thing fairly. he says that cheap battery really not worth it at all, go for energizer etc

firstly, u have to understand the difference between carbon zinc and alkaline batteries, those "super heavy duty" batteries u see on shelves are carbon zinc
these batteries no matter how branded they are, they will have 1/3 the capacity of an alkaline battery

so even a cheapo MR DIY alkaline battery can be 3x longer lasting than lets say branded Eveready carbon zinc super heavy duty batteries

and tests have also proven that those branded alkaline batteries are only 10 to 20% longer lasting than cheap alkaline batteries, so an energizer alkaline battery is only 20% better than lets say MR DIY alkaline batteries,
but u can get MR DIY alkaline batteries for as cheap as RM1 each battery, but energizer ones cost like almost RM4 per battery, so the cost is not worth it, its almost 4x more expensive but only 20% better
