Glad to help!  rclxm9.gif

Unit Trust is just a vehicle of investment, as it is a pool of fund to invest into market and achieve common investment objective. Unit Trust can be Bond Fund (like Opus IPF, SIPF), Money Market Fund (like Opus MPF), balanced fund and equity fund. Most of the fund do not provide capital guaranteed as it is an investment and it will have risk. So I just dont want you to get misconception of "safe" as there will be no loss. Bond Fund and Money Market Fund are generally lower risk investment, so it is suitable for all people be it you are aggressive investors or conservative.

My "safe" definition earlier was explaining about the fund itself doesn't own by Fund Managers but govern and monitor by Trustee. That's how Unit Trust works.
