what should i do after using Boost to scan & pay but the payment page is still not refresh?

That day i also face the same problem, after Boost scan Boost shown payment success but website is not loading success payment…
I faster printscreen Boost success payment page and send to their CS.
Within 20 min the failed transaction became accept for processing
