-Decline benches
-Dumbell Flys
-Pec decks
-Weighted push-ups
Gotta mix and match all those excercises to really give your chest a bodybuilding blast.
Anyway, I'm going to start using knee wraps soon already. I'm struggling with 6 plate squats, and my knees don't feel so happy with me afterwards. It's like a dilemma you.....if I go parallel only, my knees seem to hurt. If I go ATG, I'm afraid I'll have trouble coming up....
