Then again, benchpresses are probably one of the worst measures of overall strength so I don't do them anymore. I do close grip benches though.
Do you guys want a template for hypertrophy/strength training, that's guaranteed to blow your mind? It was built for olympic lifters, but I think average lifters can work through the first hypertrophy phase. I don't guarantee completion though, the routine seems like a solid mix of bodybuilding and powerlifting systems. Very tough.
