hmmm.. i think that's a lil too ambitious to wanna hit 315 by Christmas.. not to say it's impossible, but i've been struggling to reach it for a year now yet to no avail.. but then again, i had alot of unexpected stops for a month in between.. so it's like i gotta start all over.. lol.. but good luck anyway! i'm also hoping to hit 315 before christmas!!

i'm sure u'll be able to hit 315. u've been taking too many breaks in between. thats why lol. u lose and gain lose and gain strength. for me..

Sorry to break it to you man, but 315's not that easy a road. You'll be lucky to touch it by Valentine's. But I always like good words, so yeah, give it a try. You might be able to get it. Just....don't, don't, DON'T try Smolov please.

It was hella hard for me, but then again, I never actually gained weight....so maybe that's causing the different outcome....

315 is 3 big plates on each side. 405 is 4 big plates. 225 is 2 big plates. its about the plates lol

25lbs x 6 (3 each side) = 150lbs.
150lbs + 45lbs(bar) = 195lbs blink.gif
