used the breathing technique. works wonders. made 250 DL so easy. easier than 245 DL. no shit. must try la u guys

That's how I stretch nowdays. Wanna do upper body? Hold teh top position of dips for a while n hang dead afterwards.

Drains energy a bit but dem nice biggrin.gif Saves time laugh.gif

People with high-blood pressure or heart problems shouldn't use that breathing. Use normal breathing instead.
