If you're implying that you're gonna take creatine to replace whey due to price difference, hands on the dumbest thing I've heard from you. That's like you eating veges cause chickens are so expensive.

Come on jones, you're better than that.

i think he mean creatine monohydrate.. if it's CEE, it is NOT cheaper wei.. and mono makes u bloat up i think..

i'm gonna try CEE in caps form.. apparently doesn't give u the bloating effect, and no need to load.. just pop 2 pills pre..
*
Yea man!.I'm getting back on Axis Labs Cee cuz it does not give you bloating which i'm prone to.CEE definately has a better absorption rate rather than old skool monohydrate.

i tot u using micro plates syd passed to u!? do u think it is ur core that needs work? if not, it's normal.. pushing movements are always harder then compared to pulling movements..

just come back next week and nail it... last thing i would suggest is wearing a belt.. but u could give it a shot and see how it feels.. it'll be more stable..

Erh....
135LBS for 6 , 7 reps on a strong day.

Usually I do MP's, after all my main workouts and oly lifts are done. So just like about 2-3 reps and I'll be burned.

Yeah I learnt it from my PT too smile.gif

When it's already midway it's hard to keep em forward if the triceps arent flexible enough - gotta arch the back a lot. I dunno bout u guys but MPs hv never given me sore delts - usually sore back/core. Maybe that explains why my delts are lacking,no?

But this baby makes me sweat! Love it smile.gif

That seriously wouldn't be a bad idea. I recommend it, as it also lowers the risk of me whamming my head with that heavy barbell.
But....I have to use barbells, no matter what, cuz I gotta oly lift.
