Back squat was at 315 for a rep the last time I did it, which was a month and a half ago before my knees gave me shit. 400lbs squats don't seem so easy, I think the deadlifts will definitely reach there faster.
Is there actually a carryover front front squats to back squats ah? I need to know, cuz I heard there is....but I dono how significant the amount is.
