I'm still sitting at a 265LBS front squat and workin to get it up every week. Now still have that "newbie gain" on front squats actually. It's goin up like lightning man. 155LBS to 265LBS in 3 weeks! (Okay, that's thanks to my back squat, but still!) Gonna squeeze sumore.

Back squat was at 315 for a rep the last time I did it, which was a month and a half ago before my knees gave me shit. 400lbs squats don't seem so easy, I think the deadlifts will definitely reach there faster.

Is there actually a carryover front front squats to back squats ah? I need to know, cuz I heard there is....but I dono how significant the amount is.

my goal for this year very easy only...
bw squat/DL/bench...

squat and dl already considered accomplished.
Bench is the btich... only 65kg, i don't think i can make it this year sad.gif
i'm sooo weak at the bench sad.gif

i taught u the powerlifting style already woot. do it powerlifting form if u wana bench heavy. aiming for body weight bench this year brows.gif 25lbs to go only if i maintain my BW.

squats is such a hard lift.. damn.. i pening this morning after squatting my heaviest set for 5 reps and 1 extra cuz my spotter "forced" it on me.. lol.. scared shit of this lift.. hope i can get a vid up next week..

deadlift.. sigh.. god damn hexagon plates are getting so annoying.. anyone has any idea how to get the plates in place? everytime i complete a rep and deload, both sides of the plates always end up front and back.. and i gotta adjust either my position or the damn plates.. grrrrrr..

eh.. muscle gym plates are all round shape ok... those are really ideal for deadlift.. that's the only complaint i have for anabolic.. sad.gif

No, i'll be happy with 365lbs.
there is probably no damnned way i can hit 400lbs unless i go with smolov. which would make me broke, because i would need to spend a lot of money on food and probably supplements.

unless..............someone intends to supply me with bcaa's, whey, nitric oxide, creatine maybe, leucic and stuff...hehehehe, then i'll gladly do smolov and hit 405lbs this year:P (wah so proud and cocky sial me! *SLAP SLAP*)

i think he mean creatine monohydrate.. if it's CEE, it is NOT cheaper wei.. and mono makes u bloat up i think..

i'm gonna try CEE in caps form.. apparently doesn't give u the bloating effect, and no need to load.. just pop 2 pills pre..
