Guys, when I try to break squat PR it's always the OMG-I-wanna-puke-NOW-NOW-NOW-my-heartrate-is-going-crazy-OMG-I-is-white-faced situation that pulled me behind. Unlike DL or bench I've never hit any plateau caused by lack of strength yet.
Am I alone in this or wot? I can has wrong breathing techniques?
1kg incrementation, no matter if it's muscles, scares the hell out of dieting fatsos like me and King. It's hard to mentally bulk up when you know that hell awaits during 'cutting' time. Damn endo genes.
Unless you happen to have sum EC stack lying around somewhere.....

Tomorrow? Erm if I train with ehafidz in the morning then maybe not. They have lots of power belts and even lifting straps. Didnt check dip belt, should hv @ teh dip station since I didnt check thoroughly. Most complete ghetto gym I've ever seen!
