i'm born weak lah uncle...
i can't win u in an arm wrestling match...

and i certainly can't dip 80++ kg.... especially with perfect form.
You got it from ur dad, jones... admit it.

think positively, if u r weak, u can gain more from progressive overloading (more room for progress) biggrin.gif

btw, why r u so obsessed with bulking (with force feeding) and cutting? no offense, but i find that u always want to see the result FAST. whenever u can't achieve the goal in short term, u change ur plan.

it is not flaming icon_rolleyes.gif for me i prefer to bulk slightly and then cut slightly, so that body can be easier to adapt.

Ya know, i read an article about a bodybuilder who went for a cut, but didn't know that cutting will make u lose strength, he didn't. He kept getting stronger and more ripped.

I believe in exactly that, you can get the both of both worlds. It's your body, you control how it works, its your mind.
I've never felt that I MUST have that amount of calories in a day just to make sure I can handle the training. I just needed to eat prior to that, to be able to train well.

I dono,maybe that's just me.

Then I'd like to see you hit a 400lb deadlift at your current bodyweight, which I am 100% sure you will not be able to. There's only a certain limit your "mind" can work over matter. Powerlifting/bodybuilding isn't kung fu.

Cool, it would be interesting to see. T-nation has never had a person your bodyweight hit that kind of poundage, if you can, then you'd be the very first. Then if you do, you should post that lift to T-nation and you'll be a celebrity on that site.

I'm having problems understanding what u're saying.
You say i don't stick to something long enough & change plans very quickly,
then u say u rather bulk and cut slightly.... isn't that the same?
I'm happy with my gains, seriously.... time to cut already.
You don't expect me to bulk till chris' size before cutting right?
I am fat... but i have a V-Taper at 36" waist. And i don't plan on staying at
36" forever... I wanna get down to 34", then it'll look more impressive.

Here's a quick fix: Get your shirts tailored to fit more snugly at the waist. (It works!)

Doesn't work bro...
right now my shape is like an hourglass....
cos i store most my fats at the love handles...

i dunno, it's just genetics.
You look at my vids, i don't have a bulging tummy...
It's the sides that makes me look ugly.
i dunno if that's a good or bad thing.... but i gain width
way easier than i gain thickness.

haha... no, i was way fatter before this.
I had a 41" waist before i started training.
I was 95kg then.

Then after one cycle of bulking & cutting, i am
currently at where i am now. Eventho i'm heavier
now, my waist isn't as big LOL.
