Nope. It isn't due to the Euro 4 thingy. Shell fuel is known to be rough on the engine but they do save fuel and can go further.

Sounds impossible. Your may have other issues. and maybe Shell is cleaning something out, causing roughness.

All fuels are 99% the same.

The go further only happens to me on the 1st year after switch from Petronas to Shell, however I feel like the accelerate is not as good as Petronas but ok since it save about 10% from my app calculation. BHP does almost the same mileage but quieter engine, so now stick to BHP until further notice

It is based on myself and my wife experience, so I can tell the differences since both of us had drove the car for 11 years smile.gif

Maybe the 1% is the cause of experience change, been with BHP for 5th month.

Yup, the only way to know you would need to send it to the lab and test it.
Pretty straightforward.

It's a national requirement that all petrol stations in Malaysia must comply and sell Euro4M fuel. So all stations are selling Euro4m fuel since January 2020.

But i nvr see BHP, Caltex, Petron saying their station is all Euro4M. So far only Petronas say their station in whole Malaysia is with euro4M. Even Shell says certain of their station is with Euro4M.
Apa macam Malaysia?

All the petrol stations have started providing Euro 4M petrol because their fuel refinery has started producing Euro 4M petrol since the government started enforcing it. Additionally, spot checks are performed regularly also by the authorities.
