problem is no restaurant mau ala carte, all set meal. Reason all pre-cook, confirmed which time slot, come, re-heat pre-cooked massed meal (cooked in afternoon or day b4), eat and go.

these type of high class kopitiam like Kim Gary, Wong Kok, closed early one on eve one

Coz they know no biz and no staff, everyone (Chinese staff and Chinese customers) all go home reunion dinner or go eat cekik darah reunion dinner at restaurant

now they all very smart liou, 1-2 weeks b4 CNY also got set meal, although more choice.....but, still slaughter u. Many company have sau gong makan
