Personally, I want their forms to continue. If you rest them too much, forms get disrupted.

20 years ago without all this "sport science" thingy and improved training regime, players still played 38 games so.....

Arteta’s tactic allow xhaka to have more time and space on the field.

Arteta also brought guardiola’s inverted full back tactic to arsenal. Xhaka almost always drop back to cover LB role whenever Saka surge forward, and then our RB move to central midfield to cover the void left by xhaka when defending our left side. This tactic allow Saka more freedom to attack, without worry about counter attack by opponent, this make Saka shine as an attacking fullback.
