Ozil has been spreading "cancer" in the camp. Bad morale. Bad team spirit. And he didn't know that, nor acknowledge that. No wonder the management team wants to stop him from spreading more cancer. One tree is on fire, chop that tree down before the fire spreads to the whole forest.
