Personally i prefer more fancy player like Aouar, but maybe strong player like partey can help arsenal better.

He is very strong defensively with good passing ability, quite similar to patrick vieira. Hope he does not disappoint us.

Man I was lurking back then, else I would have joined you, his extension made me sick. He can't fit in today's game. The standard bearer for no 10s these days are Kevin de Bruyne and David Silva. Work rate to match their skills. Especially de Bruyne,slot him anyway across the midfield and he still performs.
