This boy and Auba carried us mostly this season up front.

arteta seems to have settle down with 3-4-3 formation with back 3 of Luiz, Mustafi, Kolasinac and midfield combo of xhaka/ceballos.

Not really, there is a "fair play" rules in the FA where the team has to field the best/fittest players, or else the team will get into trouble for losing the match deliberately. Can field 2-3 young players but not half of the team.

We are doing rather well. I expect next season we can compete better at least, as long as most of our squad stays, and we have some good investment coming in.

Guen and Ozil can leave. Obviously both aren't preferred by Arteta. Just use that money to get someone else with better attitude to replace Guen. Get Ozil out of the wage bill and use it to bump Auba's wage instead.
