Got many findings say Sauna is good for health.... but must it be sauna rooms only? Or any hot places that could work out those sweats give the same health benefits?

for example, like turning off AC in the car, or staying in the room with no fan?

forget sauna.

at best it only reduce your water weight.

all other benefits are just placebo in my opinion.

those hours you better spend on walking at the park.

i think it is good for health because the heat promotes better blood circulation around your body etc. but health wise, still got to exercise

Sauna can go up to 70c and your whole bodyskin's temperature will raise so its more effective for sweating.

Apart from that its for relaxation.
If you want to suffocate/stress yourself by turning off air circulation then you're better off go exercise for sweating.

i guess the difference between a hot sauna and a hot car would be the temperature control and the humidity. it's a lot more humid in the sauna which makes it more bearable than a hot car

Don't think you will be able to get the same results, also not sure if you want to drive like that but worth a shot.

If you're talking about sauna or hot springs for relaxation then definitely doing in a car not the same effect
