Just a short introduction:-

I've been lifting for over 4 years now, currently having issues with my shoulder/triceps (can't seem to pinpoint what causes the pain even with lots of googling) for about 2 weeks or so now.

The last time I went to a 'sports doctor' was about 2 years ago to check my lower back was a waste of $$$ as he gave useless advice. Then I went to a VERY well reviewed physio but the physio did not take me seriously at all thus I've decided to stop seeing him after a few sessions.

I'd like some recommendations for physio that you guys have positive experience with in Klang Valley. Thanks smile.gif

What was the advice given?
If you do not mind, what is the sufferer's age group?

i went to the PJ branch.
not sure if they can help you but the therapist very helpful and attentive to my issue.
just finish 2nd session, i can see improvement on my arm.

i used to have bad impression about physio from others' review about the service and price, but this center changed my mind entirely.

Beyond that, I came across a few more physio, don't know if they're good.

Buffbones up in Menara Mitraland looks promising. Price, however, is quite high; RM 250 for first visit, 200 for subsequent visits.

YapChanKor looks promising too. A lot of media coverage, but beyond Google & FB testimonials, not sure about the place.

Would you recommend the above?

I have been lifting for a long time now.. i used to have lower back issues. i was recomended to spinealive, they have chiropractors and physio. Been with them for 2 years now. Most of my lower back issues is solved, last year i managed new PR's in the gym. Joe is a physio at spinealive, he is really good at what he does and he also understands the mechanics of weight lifting and etc. I still see them off and on for maintenance. Everynow and then i do have new injuries and Joe will asses my lifting form. Sometimes he will correct my form and other times he will teach me a new stretch to address mobility issues or muscle imbalance that is causing the problem. Hope this helps.
