Poch is good. The issue at tottenham is they failed to recruit adequately to reinforce the squad.

The same squad of core players grew jaded of pochettino hardworking tactics and mentality. This is also due to when they push so hard and yet their fail to win any silverware may also impact their motivation. I think this is among the major reason why the team just self destrcut early this season.

Nowadays player power time...coach kenot garang2 like fergie time. JM try to garang2 but dunno maybe tak kena cara by slamming the players and threw them under the bus direct at the media....later loss the dressing room susah...player boikot...what ole can do is just ....smile...and say situation is not as bad as it seems...the board will keep him for now me thinks...if they prefer to remain in the current status quo and top 6 is good enough for them....

Sometimes board love/prefer underperform head coach/manager due to:

1. They never backstab the board of not backing them in the transfer market by ranting to the media (like jose did)

2. They never openly critise underpform own players in the media and causing unrest/drop morale in the dressing room (unneccesary drama)

3. They become focus punching bag for disgruntle fans and shield away the BOD from getting the major blame like unai emery did....u see emery did he ever once complaint/rant to the media the squad quality is not sufficienf and doesnt get enough quality reinforcement? When freddie ljungberg takeover within week vey fast already hinting to the media frustrated backroom staff not enough, player quality not up to par, he already did whatever he can...BOD will hate this kind of manager the most lol
