Hi,

We are looking to sell our profitable established hostel in Ara Damansara.

Located right beside LRT station in the heart of PJ. Surrounded by many amenities including shopping malls, colleges and hospitals, all within walking distance.

Reason for selling is because our partner who was running the place had passed away and her son wants to cash out. We are selling it lock, stock and barrel below valuation. Building and business.

30++ rooms with condo facilities, 80% occupancy. Very good return for a business that needs minimal involvement and knowledge. Lots of room for improvement and expansion.

Can easily achieve 100% occupancy, immediate expansion to 40++ rooms. Potential to reach more than 300 rooms, with 100% occupancy.
