Gopeng. the owners (my dad and his brothers) wanna sell it off. I want to do something with it but I takut fakap and rugi only lol.

Electricity macam got supply but we didn't apply for the land. Got monsoon drain last time (not cemented), super wide, last I went in October nampak kecik. Maybe I didn't look at it properly. The drain is outside the land, at the entrance.

The location is literally next to PLKN camp @ Lawan Kuda.

Got a duck farm nearby already. I saw them carrying those ducks (or chicken actually lol) out of the area the last I went.
