Last time i always go for petron coz point will not expired and can redeem as petrol. But after comparing with the performance, i decide to go for shell. Pity caltex and bhp is hard to find here. Even petronas better than petron with their now petrol formula.

Masa pakai myvi i went to Petronas to pump petrol, no issue, got the petronas credit card also to collect point.
Then i change car to bangsa H and isi petronas, somehow the engine mengaum everytime i accelerate.. So i keep experimenting with all the minyak and find out Petron suits my new H engine better..

Furthermore now Petron accepting garbpay.. Rm90 = 540 points = 1 free movie ticket.

LOL....all petrol?...true, but each different additives formula. Whichever suitable for your car combustion, and still protects it depends on car sometimes.

Read an example old ZTH test on additives as reference on different RON96 brand with their own additives.

so before spill personal lapsap opinion (although, yes, it's your own lowyat right) ....if you have done personal readings and experience them....don't judge fuel as the same across all of them.

Peace.

What la you guys.... No one actually took out the fuel and do stupid test on it at all. At least on my part i can tell you Shell & Petronas are almost the same fuel for all i care. Both these fuels have very aggressive detergents. On a very old car like mine where i can easily service my engine as needed, the fuel filter gets clogged easily from dirt/ particles with either Shell or Petronas. These 2 fuels have a record of leaving me stranded for fuel starvation problem due to clogged fuel filter. Seriously i do not have that problem with Petron.

On power output it is debatable. It is all the same with maybe only 0.1HP gains or loss between them on dyno excluding tuning.
