would you kindly advice the exact charges for each voice mail -- for both prepaid and postpaid, for below scenarios :

1. when the number owner *Retrieve each voice mail
- in Malaysia
- at roaming at any overseas country

2. when a Caller from Malaysia attempt to call the number owner but went into voice mail -- whereby the owner located in Malaysia -- **Will the Caller be charged -- in below scenarios ?

- after dialing →ringing for a few times → then into voice mail
- after dialing →directly to voice mail
