Price now is rm1.535m before 3% early bird rebate. SA said this is a reclaimed mining lake but developer has done the reclamation 20 years ago. Anyone can confirm that?

Also the road out to IOI mall will pass by a project under construction which looks like a high rise. Is that land also an ex-mining lake?

Is that Wyn residence also built on ex-mining lake? I mean if they dare to build high rise on such land, should be ok for landed too? I used to stay in those SSTH in TK1 and some houses suffered from cracks there so a bit paranoid on reclaimed land.
