Got 200+ acres so huge? I wonder they name it township but didnt stated their actual overall land size and put their master plan. Current phase seems near the Rajawali building and nearer to LDP / Kesas interchange as well as 500m away from the mini industrial area.

If 200+ acres, then it would be a good planning by single developer but untested by this new in KV. Hearsay Mah Sing also got land here.

They market it using big built up area rather than statinf land size.

Means all units (intermediate) are from 20x70 only? Anyone knows about the corner?

3163 sq feet due to double balcony, first level balcony too huge and hence it is also the cover of the car porch, covered car porch also considered as built up area. Lay-out so so, location ok lah, die die want Puchong can buy here, I would say accessibility is good and easier compare to location.

Hmm this is landed project, so I assume no fitted or furnished like highrises.

Any idea why the website stated they are partnering the design company like Conan Design, Living Edens, Korean Wall paper and also Unity Kitchen, the cabinet provider?
