I think you are looking for Bluetooth transmitter that has a passthrough switch as well. Tried checking on lazada but so far most I found doesn't have that passthrough function. Maybe possible using a splitter first then one end hook to speaker while the other end hook to the transmitter? When you wanna do the BT only then just off your speaker. It minimizes your workflow by a bit

Its receiver right? not transmitter? kinda confused a bit lol

You want audio from PC to playback on your TWS, then later you want to listen back from phone?
Get any bluetooth dongle can do the job already. Win 10 support stream audio through bluetooth.
After you finish listen on PC, just turn off bluetooth on PC and then turn on bluetooth on phone, then your phone will connect to TWS. Some earbuds or headphones even support 2 devices simultaneously, so you can have both PC and phone connected at the same time to the listening device.
btw wired still produce better sound.

Sound quality very much depends on your TWS first, if it can produce good quality then you can get good quality. If you now satisfy with the sound then good enough. Then the type of audio connection codec by the bluetooth. PC with bluetooth can only stream at SBC, which is the lowest. Unless there's some dongle that have own software that can stream other higher bitrate, I don't know. Highest bitrate codec is LDAC, followed by APTX-HD and then APTX. After that only SBC. Android 8 and above IINM support stream up to LDAC. IMO APTX-HD is good enough. Some Android you need to go to the Developer Options to change the codec, else it only stream on SBC. Your TWS also need to support these stream technology, meaning both devices support the codec then only it can be stream, else back to SBC. EDIT: higher codec just improve a bit of the audio, most important still the TWS itself. This post has been edited by xxboxx: Dec 27 2019, 11:55 AM

By dongle he probably means here that it also have some sort of antenna anyway. Are you hearing me on that ? So we can really continue with whatever you may want there totally and completely for example.
