I did strict KETO for 4 months. The first week was hell. But after that it was nice. My skin was clear, my brain was sharp and I was generally happy. Until I started working out heavy again. But it's not true la, you won't feel weak. If your body is highly toxic, you'll have keto flu for sure. I didn't have that because I generally ate clean and don't have a sugar addiction at all.
