actually i really dont understand how toll collection works in malaysia. is it they are considered a separate company and operate to gain a profit thats why there are agreements for toll hikes? its not like other country they operate to cover the cost of construction then abolish the toll? and whats the basis that they increase the rates like that, is it based on inflation?
