user posted image
Kec4man diterima selepas Bella atau nama sebenarnya, Nabilah Ali Dally, 29, memuat naik sekeping gambar dia menyertai aktiviti berbasikal bersama rakannya semalam.

Menerusi gambar itu, Bella menulis kapsyen: “Wohoo Genting Sempah with @diyanabanana”.

i see, probably mine still not enough mileage to see gunk accummulation.
but maybe soaking the chain in petrol for an hour should be able to loosen and remove all those gunk if it accummulates next time.

with my last mtb, i just used engine oil (fresh, not used) that i use to oil my motorcycle chain. after a few rides it turns greasy black. this is the reason why i switch to a dry lube with this RB
*
You mean you remove the chain completely from the bike? hmm.gif

You can use this as a rough estimation

For tubeless
https://www.enve.com/en/tirepressure/

For usual tube
https://www.bergfreunde.eu/road-bike-tyre-p...ure-calculator/

I am about 63 kgs
*
The latter link is good. thumbup.gif
My usual pressure is 100psi and the website recommended 96psi. So can try to drop bit by bit to test.

after soak, just leave the petrol out in the open sun let it evaporate on its own, then wipe the dry residue only.
i'm a pretty clumsy fat fuark and prone to get chainring/chain marks on my legs, that's why.

Hey guys, is it normal to feel backache when just started riding? I just started riding and i noticed that I would feel backache after 10 mins of riding. Im not sure if its because of my riding position or I have a weak back..
*
QUOTE(malleus @ Oct 28 2020, 05:38 PM)
it's normal to have pain everywhere when we first started riding smile.gif

but cannot tell if it's your riding position or your back being weak without seeing your position on the bike. I think others here can recommend you to a bike fitter to sort this out if needed
*
+1 with malleus's reply.

But could you show us a picture of your bike?
Maybe could see the geometry and setup and the otai here can give feedback.

And how is your physical body? Are you athletic type?

when u r not used to riding, normally u will feel crotch, neck and lower back sore cause
1. stay in riding position for too long
2. body too stiff and weight pressure all go to different different part

for my case when i just started, after 1-2 months of riding (1 time/week), the sore is gone cause u confident with the bike and body not so static anymore
